REFUND POLICY:

Refunds are processed in the same manner as the payment was originally received.
No refunds will be issued without express RMA authorization.

RETURN POLICY:

Returns are accepted within 7 days of retail delivery. Returns are only accepted with a RMA number.
All Returns MUST be in ORIGINAL CARTONING, in RESELLABLE CONDITION. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
There is no restocking fee for damaged items that have not been replaced.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

All Items are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer's warehouse's. We do ask to allow 7-12 BUSINESS DAYS for delivery.
Unfortunately there are times when inventory is backordered beyond our control. In this event you will be given a choice of a
backorder or a full refund.

All our items carry a FULL MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY. TOLL-FREE PHONE NUMBERS are provided in each shipment.
